At Fedeli, we are committed to your complete satisfaction; if your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original packaging with all designer tags still attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original shipping box and include the printed return authorization form provided by the portal.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the pre-paid DHL or FedEx return label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at an authorized collection point, then track your refund status via our website.
